Florian Faure — Portfolio
Currently inParis
I'm Florian, a Paris-based Product Designer, technical enough to call myself a Design Engineer when it's useful.
I currently design and ship for Fullphysio (opens in a new tab), an all-in-one platform helping physical therapists stay up to date and deliver better patient care, from exercise libraries to AI-assisted clinical research.
Outside of that, you'll find me building side projects, road-tripping through Europe in a van, or at the climbing gym.

Something is cooking

Rebuilt from scratch after four versions of patched-on debt
A design system co-built for two brands, from token architecture to a Vue.js component library. It cut a feature redesign from four months to fifteen days.

Turning lurkers into voters, one debate a day
A solo-built app for the 91% who only ever read online debates, never write. It tackles perceived futility, not toxicity, to earn a two-minute daily habit.

Built so a Data Analyst doesn't need to touch code
A B2B SaaS for teams without deep technical expertise. It swaps credentials and API calls for a guided step-by-step setup, shaped daily with the engineers who used it.

Junimo
Open SourceA menu bar companion living in your macOS. It turns "how much usage do I have left" into a one-click dropdown, reading everything locally.
View on Github (opens in a new tab)I got into design at eighteen, somewhere between a science-heavy bac and a growing obsession with the apps I used every day. I started out in materials science, but I kept being drawn to the same thing: how stuff works behind the scenes. That curiosity never left, it just took a different shape.
Today I'm a Product Designer who's comfortable in the code, and a Design Engineer when the mission calls for it. I love working in product squads, staying close to the people we build for, and spending real time on discovery before anything gets built. I'm also a design system person at heart: Vente-unique (opens in a new tab) and Habitat (opens in a new tab) taught me what it takes to make one system hold up across several brands. And with AI in the mix, I can now push a product from idea to production on my own, which I still find a little wild.
Climbing is where all of this comes together. I mostly boulder, and I'm somewhere around intermediate, but I've had a taste of real rock in Fontainebleau. You learn to read the problem before you throw yourself at it, which is basically discovery before delivery. Outside the gym, I'm the kind of person who bivouacs by a river in Corsica, wakes up to a sunrise over the beach, and starts dreaming up the next trip. Slovenia is next, and I'm hoping to make a habit of doing it by van.
The rest of the time, I'm building side projects like Junimo (opens in a new tab), an open-source tool to keep an eye on your Claude usage and token quotas, watching anime (I love good animation and a well-told story), or just learning something new for no particular reason. Friends would probably say I'm the one who stays locked on the goal once there's one, and doesn't get rattled along the way.
These days I build with:
